I am Ziad Chorfi from Algeria ( north African country between Tunisia & Morocco and overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and the largest country in Africa ), i love the volunteering work and helping people, i love sharing my knowledge, i love exploring and learning everyday.
I worked as a chef (Algerian cuisine ) in many traditional restaurents for over 4 years, i gained a lot of experience in doing lots of Algerian famous dishes like couscous, chorba, chekhchoukha, mahjouba ...etc so i'm sharing it with you today + i'm going to be teaching Arabic language and sharing Algerian and Arab culture so you have an idea on how is life in Algeria and Arab countries, if you are interested, my courses will be very helpful to you .
