I am a Ukrainian visual artist, art educator, and creativity & wellbeing facilitator based in Dublin, Ireland. My work combines fine art, self-reflection, emotional awareness, and creativity as tools for reconnecting with ourselves and improving the quality of our lives.
I hold degrees in Fine Art, History and Theory of Art, and Monumental (Mural) Painting, and I have over seven years of experience teaching art to children and more than five years working with adults through workshops, creative classes, and wellbeing-focused sessions.
Alongside my artistic practice, I also explore movement, yoga, dance, hiking, theatre, and mindfulness as important forms of self-expression and emotional balance. I believe creativity exists not only to create beautiful things, but also to help people feel more alive, connected, inspired, and authentic.
Over the years, I have worked with individuals, creative communities, and organisations through art workshops and corporate wellbeing sessions, including collaborations with PayPal, Local Enterprise Office Women in Business, and community initiatives supporting Ukrainians affected by war and displacement.
One of the core ideas behind my work is simple: when we create beauty around us, we also begin to create it within ourselves.
Through my courses, I hope to create a space where people can slow down, reconnect with themselves, and rediscover creativity not as pressure or perfection — but as a natural and meaningful part of being human.
