The job title I feel most connected to is General Worker. You see, each of us starts our careers at the very bottom as a worker. At that stage, we’re the ones doing the hands-on work that directly creates value for the company like hardworking factory workers.
As we gain experience and develop skills, we gradually move up to higher positions where we may no longer be producing value directly. That’s when our job titles start to change from “worker” to something else, and the ultimate goal is to have “General” at the start of your title.
With over 20 years of working experience, including 8 years in management and senior leadership, I’ve realized that the most important skill to start with is office computer skills — and it’s something you should keep improving continuously.
That’s why I’ve created these courses — to help people at all levels, from the very first role up to top positions in an organization.
I wish you all the best on your journey and much success!
