I’m Tiia Haldi. I bring over 25 years of experience in corporate environments, leadership, and entrepreneurship—especially in high-pressure settings where results are expected, resources are limited, and demands never seem to slow down.
I also understand this challenge from personal experience. I’ve gone through burnout recovery more than once and had to rebuild my energy, balance, and clarity from the ground up. I know what it feels like when stress takes over both mind and body.
For years, I also struggled with silent inflammation and body imbalance that gradually affected my health and wellbeing. Everything changed when I discovered a body-first approach—working with the body instead of against it. When the body gets the right support, healing can begin faster than most people realize.
That’s why I now teach a body-first approach to sustainable high performance—combining professional expertise with real-life experience.
