While working as an agent for large 3pl's like Echo Global Logistics, Armstrong Transportation, Knight-Swift Logistics, Traffic Tech, Spartan Logistics, Unishippers, Fourkites, and many others, I was privileged to interact with shippers, agents of the carrier(dispatcher), and carriers(owner-operators) to learn every facet of the industry. As I selected entrepreneurship as my path,  carrier(owner-operator, agent (dispatcher), and broker agent. are all roles I actively engaged in, with positive results. Currently, I work with agents, owner operators, and brokerages to educate them on what I learned from the "big guys", but also from first hand experience.
