Tani is the CEO and co-founder of Human Capital Matters. A seasoned HR professional with a career spanning over 20 years in the mining, exploration, online marketing and financial services sectors. Her expertise covers the full spectrum of the human resource lifecycle and creates environments that balance legal requirements, business functionality and company culture. Tani has held senior positions at De Beers, Rio Tinto Mining & Exploration, Liberty Life and Osiris Trading (now the Betway Group). Tani currently serves on the Board of TBHIV Care and its sub-committee responsible for human resources, social & ethics and remuneration. She is also a non-executive director of konektd SA

Tani holds a Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Social Science (Honours) and Master of Commerce (Industrial Relations – Cum Laude) degrees from the University of Natal Durban, South Africa. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management.
