Stacey Lewis is the founder of The Narrow Bridge and an operational strategist with 33 years of field experience across facilities management, corporate real estate, compliance infrastructure, and workplace safety.

She has built and maintained the operational foundation for organizations including Cushman & Wakefield, Zillow, and Newmark - managing physical operations, emergency preparedness, compliance documentation, and vendor systems at scale. She holds OSHA 30 General Industry certification.

The Fire Warden Program was developed from direct facilities leadership experience - not a certification course, not a consulting framework, but the actual standard Stacey applied when she was the person responsible for the safety of the building, the people inside it, and the documentation that proved it.
