Sonia Malkison is an accomplished entrepreneur, hospital accreditation and quality management consultant, medico-legal consultant, and blogger. She combines a robust education in hospital management with extensive practical experience, having collaborated with numerous JCI (Joint Commission International) and NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospital and Healthcare Providers) accredited hospitals.
With a commitment to excellence, she is dedicated to educating others on how to enhance and sustain hospital quality, patient care, and safety by implementing hospital quality standards and various methodologies such as Six Sigma, Lean, and Kaizen. Sonia holds a Bachelor of Science from Christian Medical College and an MBA in Hospital Management from Punjab Technical University. Additionally, she is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and a certified NABH internal auditor.
