Coming from a family of entrepreneurs—my father was a small business owner, and now even my son runs his own business—I have seen firsthand both the challenges and the rewards of building and sustaining a family enterprise. Today, I am a small business owner myself and run a niche consulting firm focused on supporting SMMEs, particularly those that are family-owned and operated.
