Ever since I started school, math has always captured my interest. As a young student, the thing I disliked most was studying for exams—especially when it involved a lot of memorization. It took so much time! But studying math was different. Once I understood how a process worked, that was it—I was done. I loved that, and it's the approach I now share with my students.
My love for math grew even stronger in college, where I earned a degree in Statistics. Around that time, I also began tutoring students of various ages. What started as a part-time job soon opened my eyes to the challenges many learners face in math. Motivated to help, I began finding simpler and more effective ways to explain complex concepts.
To further improve my teaching, I pursued a degree in education with a concentration in Mathematics. I now have classroom teaching experience and over 15 years of tutoring students from 3rd grade to university level—both on campus and online. My students have come from all over the world, including the Philippines, Belgium, India, the UK, the US, the UAE, Australia, and more.
