I have spent the last 9 years leading engineering teams and organizations. My mission is to share the hard-earned lessons from my journey with others so that they can go on to get more out of their career and their lives.

I grew up in Slovakia, earned a Master's degree in Software Engineering and spent the first 8 years of my career working as an Engineer. After discovering a deep passion for people and project management, I transitioned into Management. Since 2016, I have lived in Singapore and have had the pleasure of leading cross-functional, distributed teams across Europe, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Singapore. I also hold an Executive MBA (completed in 2022), which turned out to be quite useful over the years.

Beyond engineering, I love psychology and working with people. I am also an avid learner who loves listening to online courses while running. Every single course and certification I have ever taken has paid back far beyond its cost. If you are not sure where to invest next, invest in yourself, your knowledge, and your skills.
