I’m a leadership mentor, coach, and working mom of three with over 21 years of professional experience and more than 14 years in leadership roles. Throughout my career, I’ve mentored new supervisors, supported experienced leaders, and helped individuals navigate challenges related to performance, communication, and confidence.
I kept asking myself the same question:
How do we actually teach interpersonal and leadership skills in a way that works in real life?
Something clicked for me through my own self-development journey.
Understanding your strengths — and recognizing the strengths of those around you — is one of the most powerful leadership tools you can develop. When you focus on your strengths instead of your weaknesses, leadership starts to feel more natural. You stop trying to be good at everything and start leveraging other people’s strengths to fill in the gaps.
In this course, I’ll walk you through practical advice from my own leadership experience, along with nuggets of insight I’ve collected throughout my life — personally and professionally. I’m truly passionate about this topic, and I believe that if more people looked through the lens of strengths, the world — and the workplace — would be better places.
