Lisa has a Bachelor's degree in Journalism with minor in Technical Writing from Illinois State University. She has worked in various business analyst roles within IT (2015), finance (2016), and global commercial real estate (2017). Prior to her current role with the US Department of Veterans Affairs, she cleared both the CCBA and CBAP certification exams. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, volunteering, and acquiring new skills. She is currently completing a Graduate Certification in Data Management and Analytics.
