Lina Fahim Kaddoura is an accomplished pharmacy leader and medication safety expert based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. With more than two decades of progressive experience in hospital pharmacy practice, quality management, and patient safety, she currently serves as the Medication Safety and Pharmacy Quality Program Director, Her work includes overseeing pharmacy policies, leading medication safety initiatives, and representing the pharmacy department in major quality and accreditation committees. Lina is certified by ASHP/ISMP‑USA in Medication Safety and holds the prestigious CPHQ certification from NAHQ‑USA. She also earned an MBA and an Executive Diploma in Human Resources from Open University Malaysia. Her strong clinical foundation began with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences .
Throughout her career, Lina has played a central role in major accreditation efforts, including JCI and CBAHI surveys.
