About me
Jordan Harcourt-Hughes is an abstract painter, intuitive writer, and learning designer whose work explores the relationship between creativity, professional life, and human capability.
Her artistic practice is known for its vibrant use of colour and expressive pattern-making, drawing inspiration from nature, abstract beauty, and the deeper rhythms of human experience. Creativity, for Jordan, is not simply an artistic pursuit — it is a way of thinking, reflecting, and navigating complexity in the modern world.
Alongside her creative work, Jordan has spent more than fifteen years working across the Asia-Pacific region in marketing, communications, and capability development roles. She has led creative teams, designed learning experiences for adults, and supported professionals through periods of change, growth, and increasing responsibility. This experience shapes her practical and grounded approach to mindfulness and creativity.
Jordan’s teaching focuses on helping professionals reconnect with clarity, curiosity, and meaning in their work — without requiring artistic skill or spiritual belief. Her methods combine reflective practice, storytelling, and simple creative exercises that restore attention, support better decision-making, and strengthen professional capability.
Her work sits at the intersection of:
Mindfulness and reflective practice
Creativity as a professional skill
Leadership and self-leadership
Learning in the flow of work
Sustainable wellbeing and performance
Jordan is the founder of Pathfinder Studio, a platform dedicated to exploring human capability in the modern workplace through research, coaching, and practical learning experiences.
She is also the creator of the 168 Days of Magic framework and the Mindful Creativity for Professionals course series — programmes designed to help individuals and teams develop the tools to meet the moment with clarity, resilience, and creativity.
Her teaching style is calm, practical, and deeply respectful of the realities of professional life. Rather than offering quick fixes, she provides structured tools and practices that help people think clearly, lead well, and sustain their energy over time.
