Jen has 10+ years of leadership experience, primarily in the education technology sector. Her expertise is in building and leading teams that are diverse, cohesive, motivated, engaged, productive, and mission-driven.

In addition to her work as a start-up advisor and leadership coach, Jen enjoys making documentary films, and writing. She is passionate about preparing the next generation of leaders for the future of work.

She has her MBA from Columbia Business School and her Bachelors in Management from McGill University.
