Originally from Belarus, Igor moved to the US in 2016. In 2017 he helped start and run a team mentorship program at Innovate Charlotte.

In 2020 Igor launch a SaaS platform for mentorship called Traction5. Through Traction5 mentorship organizations are able to gain access to technology, services, and the insights necessary to build a scalable, data-driven, and impactful mentorship program for startup founders.
