She currently serves as an Operations and Strategy Coordinator at Globalizer AB, contributing to data-driven operational planning and business development. Her career spans multiple industries—pharmaceuticals, fashion, automotive, and e-commerce—where she has successfully led growth initiatives, developed market entry strategies, and supported sales enablement efforts.
In parallel with her doctoral studies, Golzar is engaged in the EU-funded RESORTEX project, collaborating with international partners to scale circular solutions in textile fiber recycling. She has presented her work at major international conferences and continues to mentor and collaborate across academic and industrial networks.
