Emilie West is an award-winning career and leadership coach who helps professionals build confidence, stand out at work and navigate their careers with clarity and purpose. She combines more than 14 years of experience as a senior leader in global investment banking with deep expertise in coaching, emotional intelligence and personal development to help learners accelerate their careers in a practical and sustainable way.

Before founding Alchemy Coaching in London, Emilie held senior roles in Investment Banking, including leading the Marketing and EMEA Research departments. Emilie set up the Leadership Coaching programme for a major corporate division, transforming performance and wellbeing for more than 1,000 staff. During this time she was recognised in the Brummell’s Ones to Watch, Top 30 Under 40 city list for her leadership and impact in London's Financial Services sector.

Drawing on both corporate experience and her coaching accreditation, Emilie helps professionals build self-awareness, influence and confidence so they can achieve more success with less stress. Emilie has coached hundreds of clients across financial services, professional services and creative sectors, supporting them to get promoted, increase their impact and step into leadership roles with confidence.

Emilie holds a degree in Economics from Warwick University, is an accredited Emotional Intelligence Coach (EQi), a qualified Nutritional Therapist, and regularly mentors early stage entrepreneurs.
