Dr. Natasha Manning-Gibbs is a licensed psychologist and educator with over a decade of experience helping professionals manage stress, anxiety, depression, and anger. She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Columbia University’s Teachers College and a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from Seton Hall University. Her training at UMDNJ/Robert Wood Johnson Medical School provided extensive experience with mood and stress-related disorders.
As an instructor, Dr. Manning-Gibbs brings her clinical expertise into the classroom, teaching practical, evidence-based strategies rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
