The founder and president of Cyber Trading University, Inc., Fausto Pugliese was one of the first independent day traders to take advantage of the direct-access trading technology boom that started in 1987. In the early 1990s, he was one of the original SOES bandits on Wall Street.
In Fausto’s years of active day trading, he acquired a wealth of knowledge from hands-on experience, working side-by-side with some of the most experienced market makers in the industry. He watched closely as they would strategize and take their positions in the stocks they dominated.
As a result, he capitalized on identifying the actions of primary market makers, and learned to follow their direction. This method is called "Shadowing the Dominant Market Maker," which has proven to be most effective when compared to other strategies. Fausto allows his students to follow the same analysis that market makers use when taking a position.
Fausto has appeared on FOX News, CNBC, and dozens of other news programs in the U.S. and Canada. He also writes for Equities Magazine and hosts a radio show on BizRadio, and is currently writing a book about trading.
