Brian S. Penn earned a PhD  (1994) in Igneous Petrology from the Colorado School of Mines and a Masters of Computer Science (1988) from the University of Texas as Arlington.  Although he worked most of his career in Industry, Brian possesses an entrepreneurial spirit.   After finding out that most long-term wealth is created through real estate, he took it upon himself to learn how to invest in real estate.  Since 1995, Brian has successfully invested in real estate, learning and applying various types and methods of real estate investing.   Initially, he began investing in single family houses, his current focus is vacant land.  As the market changed, so did he.  Consequently, he has extensive experience in many areas of real estate investing.  He will be applying the methods taught in his course to acquire more real estate properties in the coming years.
