I have a unique ability to explain computer terms and requirements in plain English.
Example: Think of your computer as a large room with the word FILES on the door. Inside are several tall filing cabinets with drawers. Inside the drawers are hanging folders and inside the hanging folders are manila folders. Inside the folders are you documents. These can be pictures, videos, music or documents you created in a program like Word or Excel. Knowing how to label these cabinets, drawers and folders is the key to finding your stuff when you want it.
