I have 25+ years experience of "helping managers to get the best out of people".  I love working with team leaders and line managers, helping them to understand and grow into their role, and developing  practical skills for becoming the best manager their people ever had.

I am also the co-author of "Learning and Development Practice in the Workplace", which is the recommended text for students studying for an L&D qualification with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
