Miami is my adopted city, and New Haven is my hometown. I currently consult for restaurants in Miami and previously bought wine for the great Chef Michelle Bernstein. Surrounding by wine dorks who don't stop talking about old Burgundy and high acid Riesling, I enjoy finding and drinking wines that are good and close to cheap. Typically these wines are younger and sell for less than $20 per bottle in the retail market. But these wines have personality, attitude, and plenty of charm to keep on drinking.
