After working in the Engineering industry in Corporate America back in 2009, Alex has founded a few companies of his own as an Entrepreneur:

* AnswersDigital (a parent company) where he develops mobile applications for both Android and iPhones  (coming soon in early 2020: RightSideLeft App), and works as a Web Developer, designing and building websites for various clientele, and also creates Tutorial DVDs & downloadable media geared toward teaching people how to use various Electronic devices

* OwnItAllNow, a media distribution company specializing in vintage performing arts shows

* Delta Paradigm Communications, LLC, where Delta stands for "a change in", Paradigm means "the way we think about" Communications. 

Alex's mission for this particular course is to help anyone (especially our older loved ones, who might be unfamiliar with "techie things") who are forced to upgrade to the latest & greatest mobile devices, which in turn leaves them frustrated and lost once they get their new phones. This makes for a great gift idea as well.
