As the founder of Con4sation®, my background isn't typical for a corporate consultant. I started my career as an actor in training workshops. I quickly saw how participants disengaged and intellectualised boring theory rather than actually feeling it. I realised that to change behaviour, you cannot just lecture people. You have to engage them on a biological and psychological level.
