About me
Aaron Keith Hawkins teaches leadership and communication skills that help new managers, professionals, and senior leaders earn trust, communicate clearly, and lead with confidence in high-pressure environments. Drawing on nearly three decades of leadership experience, he brings practical insight from real-world decision-making environments.
A former senior law enforcement executive, Aaron served in leadership roles where trust, clarity, and decision-making directly affected operational outcomes. He ultimately served as Captain and Division Commander, overseeing complex operations and specialized units during critical incidents.
Aaron holds a master’s degree in Administrative Leadership from the University of Oklahoma and is a graduate of the FBI National Academy, one of the world’s most respected leadership development programs.
During his career, he held leadership roles responsible for public communication and media relations, organizational training and professional development, tactical operations and hostage negotiation — experiences that shaped his approach to leading teams and developing people.
In addition to his public-sector experience, Aaron has served in leadership roles within Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 organizations, giving him direct experience applying leadership and communication principles across government, corporate, and private-sector environments.
He teaches frameworks drawn from decades of real-world leadership experience to help professionals communicate clearly in meetings, navigate feedback conversations, and lead effectively in high-pressure workplace situations while strengthening trust, influence, and credibility.
Aaron is also an internationally traveled keynote speaker on leadership and the author of The Art of Trust and Influence.
His courses focus on helping professionals apply clear leadership and communication principles in real-world workplace situations.
