Okay, when you have a bit of time to plan ahead, Spaced Repetition is the most amazing way to remember things Long Term. Easy, simple and stress-free, this is one of my all time favourite techniques in any course. So brilliant for students that words cannot do it justice.
An intro to what is a powerful way to remember numbers. This tool can take more time to embody, but if you need to recall numbers (just a few or dozens in a row), this will work very well for you. Definitely worth the bit of effort.

Ron Cole is an author, coach, speaker and entrepreneur.
He has been interviewed numerous times on the BBC, American radio and television and international radio. His third book, “How to be a Super Reader” came on bookshelves in October 2009. The follow up book, "SuperReading for Success", hit American shelves in 2012. Ron has been a contributing author to numerous journals and has developed a dozen courses which have been taught for years at companies like Apple Computer, Hewlett-Packard, IBM, Sony, Symantec, AMD and many more.
Ron moved to the UK in 2005 and is contracted with companies like The Royal Bank of Scotland, Asda, LloydsTSB and The London School of Economics.
