You will be able to play the Major, minor and dominant 7th inversions at the end of this session and gain understanding of the pedal use and the circle of 5ths.
With a personable, engaging style, Deborah covers basic Major and minor cadences, including Major I-IV-V7 patterns in all keys, then minor i-iv-V7 in all keys. She also adds the pedal with a detailed description. All sessions include close-ups of her hands.

With a personable, engaging style, Deborah introduces songs with the basic requirements to play them, taking you through every step to be successful. She defines the musical language including chord symbols, defining the tonic, sub-dominant and dominant chords. Also the secondary dominant and the few extra altered chords, such as diminished chords that it takes to play the songs.
At the end of this session, you will understand the chord symbols in multiple keys and the types of symbols included in all the songs in song video #2. You will also understand how to practice the songs successfully. Your success is her goal!

At the end of this session, you will be able to play all the four songs in the original key and if so motivated, transpose them into different keys.
