Passion is something that will stem from your beliefs. It is enhanced by your skills and sustained by the value that you are able to provide. So if passion stems from beliefs how are our beliefs formed?
Many of us have negative beliefs associated to wealth and these beliefs stem from some of our experiences in the past.
There can be a lot of sensitivity around finances and if the negative belief is not healed and changed, it is impossible to gain financial security and ultimately become financially free.So if Passion is something that will stem from your beliefs and we want to turn our passion into our business, then it makes sense that we should take a closer look at our beliefs around money and finances.
|Section 2: Six Steps To Discover Your Passion|
Why do we want what we want? Why do we do what we do? How is it that one person will sacrifice his own life for another, while another will murder a stranger for sheer pleasure?
What are the factors that drive, contour and influence all of our emotions, what we do, the qualities of our life, and ultimately, our destinies?
It is true that each human being is unique. It is also true that we also share a nervous systems that performs in the same way.
I learned form Tony that there are also six fundamental needs that everyone has in common, and all behavior is simply an attempt to meet those six needs.
There are three forces in the world that determine how you feel and together, these forces are called the Triad. The Triad consists of your Physiology, Language and Focus
Together, these three patterns create any—and every—emotional state.
When we understand how these three forces play out in our lives we will then be able to find value and insight in our current job or career.

People driven by negative motivation do so because of their desire to create change. Whatever happened to them felt so difficult, unjust or limiting that they want to stop others from having to experience it.
Todays lecture includes an exercise to help you to understand what drives you in your life and what is the basis of your passion that you want to turn into your business.
Discovering your passion requires getting creative in how you connect past emotional experiences with present day interests. This kind of creativity is something we all have inside us and is best described by Steve Jobs:

I was born in Co. Roscommon, Ireland and I moved to the USA in 2001. I branched into the healthcare information technology realm having worked as a radiographer in Ireland and in England. Both careers afforded me many amazing opportunities for growth and learning and my life has always been filled with a sense of gratitude for all the blessings that I have received in my life.
And yet I had this pervasive feeling that something was missing in my life. As the years progressed, this sense of a lack of fulfillment got more and more intense for me. And a little over eight years ago I took the first tangible steps to bring fulfillment into my life.
You see, my passion is music, specifically a rare style of Irish music called The East Galway Irish Music Tradition. I was taught by a musical legend by the name of Eddie Kelly and I spent many hours with he and my dad learning and playing music. Looking back on those occasions with these two gentlemen, they have always felt to be the most grounded, genuine and authentic times of my life. And I have had always felt this pull to keep that amore alive.
I am now one of only six fiddle-players worldwide that plays this particular style which means that the music tradition is in danger of dying out. My passion is to keep this tradition alive, to teach this music style to anyone who wants to learn it and to preserve the music and compositions of Eddie Kelly.
And it's more than just the music, it's the outlook and perspective of that time. It's the simplicity where two men gained ultimate fulfillment in their lives by giving to others, by giving to me.
For the past few years as I have continued to turn my passion into my business I have learned so much. The most important lesson that I have learned is that all business is 80% psychology and 20% mechanics. I discovered that once I got right in my head, it was only then that I began to make real progress in my business. I gained momentum and started taking my business to the next level.
When you take your dreams and you make them a reality, you abide by a formula for success which is called the science of achievement.
But a sense of fulfillment is an art and for each person it is as different as is the fingerprint. It's something that we have to learn for ourselves and something that requires work. We should take this on because success without fulfillment is the ultimate failure.
