What you should be eating is a lot more flexible than you think – and it can depend a LOT on where you are in your fat loss journey already. The million dollar question though is this:

It’s great to know what to eat – but here’s what most people DON’T know:
Eating too MUCH keeps you fat and makes you hate life
Eating too LITTLE keeps you fat, keeps you hungry, and makes you hate life
It may not seem like it, but these are both true (for different reasons). They won’t make sense to you yet, but they will in a moment.

Surprisingly, this can actually be one of the bigger sticking points of most people trying to lose body fat. Without changing anything else, changing WHEN you eat can make a serious impact on your results.
