This Yoga Postures Course consists of 8 practice session films that build on each other. Each one is a complete practice. They slowly teach the alignment of the Honest Yoga Essentials Series which is the eighth video. Vow to heal yourself and witness the changes after this commitment. In this Yoga Postures for Beginners Training Students will build a series of postures and learn correct alignment. Great for athletes that want to build a mindful focus in their sport. The Honest Brand New Beginner Course teaches the fundamental principles of yoga that work quickly to improve your posture, alleviate pain, and focus your mind. After your very first video, you will feel relaxed and energized. After eight, you will understand why yoga is the oldest, most effective system of wellness in existence. We strongly encourage all beginners to attend this Yoga Postures course and welcome intermediate students to help them deepen their understanding of the yoga process. This series takes the “weird” out of yoga helping beginners to understand why and how the postures are practiced. You will build strength, stamina and flexibility.

Danielle, E-RYT500 / DYT800 BFA, began practicing yoga in 1994 and teaching it in 2000. She has attended over twenty five hundred hours of teacher training programs around the globe with some the most renown teachers so she can bring this ancient wisdom back to our community. Danielle’s vinyasa style incorporates principles of alignment with power flows and bliss energy. She themes each practice so the student can evolve spiritually as well as physically. Danielle teaches many weekly classes as well as Honest Yoga's 200 hour " Find Your Voice" , 500 hour " Live Your Truth", and 200 hour "Hip Hop Yoga Dance " teacher training programs in Vermont & Florida. She teaches each year at Sedona Yoga Festival. She is mother to a sweet little yogi, a vegan and Taoist.
Dance has been in Danielle's life for 30 years. She began teaching it in 1995. She has studied with the originators in Popping, Locking, and Breakin'. She has also studies Social Hip Hop, Waacking/Vogue and House Styles. She enjoys choreography as well as getting her groove on in the circle. She mentors students who want to immerse themselves in the history and technique of Hip Hop dance. She has traveled the US and Australia teaching and performing.
