Maria-Lola Edun, Learn everything you want to know about chocolate

I am a professional Chocolatier of Italian/Russian/Nigerian descent and a born entrepreneur with an artistic/creative background. I have a passion for cooking, decorating and teaching and so I set up my own chocolate company a few years ago where I hand make all my chocolates from my home kitchen.

I began taking an interest in chocolate making, taking courses and practicing my craft whenever possible. I also received certificates of distinction from Chocolate Schools. Experience has been my greatest teacher though, so I developed a lot of my experience from running my own chocolate company. I decided to teach my skills online as people always ask me how I make chocolates, so here I am - showing you how I do it in a fun and easy way. My motto is "fun, laughter and creativity"
