Six Sigma is a popular and effective methodology to assist businesses to improve products and processes. Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an introductory level course aimed at those new to the world of Six Sigma who have a small role, interest, or need to develop foundational knowledge.

This course is tailored to help anyone interested to know what Six Sigma is; learn key concepts in Six Sigma; and to get a basic understanding of how Six Sigma framework works in delivering successful projects. 

This course divided into two sections. The first section includes introduction, evolution, goals, approach, and Mathematical Interpretation of Six Sigma. It also describes roles and reasons for adoption of six sigma in an organization. This section has seven video lectures of total 17 minutes duration. The second section includes seven basic quality tools of Six Sigma, Understand various types of data and Design for Six Sigma. This section has eight video lectures of total 22 minutes duration. The entire course is about 39 minute’s video duration.
