This ebook will give you a very good grounding in the importance of nutrition and hydration. The book also introduces you to the TRX Suspension Training System, its history, set up and basic use. To get readers started, two routines have been included with full instructions and photos. The first is a full body workout, and the second routine is specifically aimed at working your abdominal area.
I'd suggest that readers get comfortable in using the TRX, so don't push yourself too hard in the routines. Maintaining your form is far more important to begin with than pushing yourself too hard.
