I'm Japanese and I've been teaching Japanese on YouTube since 2020.

As a Japanese, the most effective way for me to learn English was to listen to native English speakers.

Also, the most inefficient way for me to study was to sit in a classroom and listen to the teacher's sleepy lessons.
