Hello, my name is Akihiro Ito. I started my teaching career as a high school language teacher in Kanagawa.
In 1995, I began collaborating with the community as a social education director in the Kanagawa Prefectural Education Committee’s Lifelong Learning Section with the goal of opening new schools and become its first principal.
Afterwards, I trained teachers at Teikyo Heisei University as an associate professor until 2018.
I am currently the owner of the muscle treatment salon: Igia Station Ekolu Shonan.
Ekolu means three in Hawaiian and represents body, mind, and health. We practice a new treatment method called mionpathy in an effort to support our clients’ wellbeing.
