Hello! My name is Yanina. I’ve had a long journey of learning and teaching English, and, as a part of English language speakers’ community, I have to say that being able to speak English has changed my life. I’ve traveled the world and taught English to people of different nationalities and backgrounds.
One of my most significant milestones was graduation with Master’s degree in English and Teaching in my home-country, Belarus, in 2006. I didn’t stop there; my ambition was to gain knowledge that would allow me to help English language learners all over the world to pursue their dream of reading, writing, and speaking in English. My application essay won a full scholarship from one of the U.S. universities, and I was off to my next journey!
After graduating with Master’s in Curriculum and Learning with ESL/Bilingual Concentration in 2008, I started teaching English at a variety of private schools and community colleges. I’ve gained valuable experience working with English language learners of all backgrounds and languages. In my teaching, I have developed strategies and resources that proved to be useful for my students in reaching their academic or professional goals.
I love what I do, and I love helping others enjoy the advantages of speaking or writing a different language.
