Prof. Yael Dubinsky is a technology and innovation expert acting as the manager of KIC-Dev the R&D unit in the Kinneret Innovation Center, and as the head of the software engineering department in the Kinneret Academic College. Yael received her bachelor's and master's degrees in Computer Science and PhD in Education in Science and Technology from the Technion IIT. She has published her work in books, conferences and journals related to Agile development engineering and project management. Yael worked in Technion, IBM Research, Ness Technologies, and managed & advised Israeli startups on developing their products and services. Yael has experience in managing IoT-based projects, and publishing on the relationships between the physical world and digital models. She is also a member of the Data Science Steering Committee of the Israeli Engineering Association.
