I’m Yacopo Damizia, a physicist and Kung Fu practitioner with over 15 years of martial arts training. My work sits at the intersection of Shaolin discipline, modern functional fitness, and mental resilience training.
I trained under respected masters including Sifu Liu Peng and Shi Heng Yi of Shaolin Temple Europe, learning traditional Kung Fu forms and how to apply them to modern life, stress, and performance.
I don’t teach Kung Fu as choreography. I teach it as a system to build strength, discipline, and calm under pressure.
My approach blends Shaolin stances, animal-based movement, and controlled exposure to discomfort (such as cold training) to develop physical robustness and mental clarity. This method is designed for busy professionals, scientists, and thinkers who want a strong body without losing focus or balance.
I’ve taught Kung Fu to children, adults, engineers, and researchers, helping them develop confidence, consistency, and resilience that carries beyond training.
When you train with me, you’re not just exercising. You’re learning how to stay grounded under stress, commit to discipline, and move with intent.
Kung Fu, for me, is not about fighting. It’s about becoming unshakeable.
