Wanito Bernadin is a Canadian executive technology leader, slow flip real estate investor, author, and speaker. He currently serves as a Chief Information Officer (CIO) and Chief Data Officer (CDO). A dedicated mentor, Bernadin is the author of Dad's Car Rides, creator of the Ships of Adulthood life mastery framework and teacher of A Practical Guide to Slow Flip Real Estate Investing in the U.S. for Canadians.

He has held senior technology leadership roles in the public sector, where his work has focused on large-scale systems, governance, digital transformation, and service delivery.

In parallel with his technology career, Wanito has over five years of hands-on experience in real estate investing, including buying, managing, and operating residential rental properties in Canada.
