Vijaya Krishna Boddu  is a Law Graduate and practiced as an Advocate  for 4 years and is working in corporate from past 19 years and having 23 years of experience in Contracts, Claims, and Legal Management.

He was instrumental in the recovery of an outstanding amount which is in the form of bad debts or write off amounts that were due in several cases amounting to 2 Million USD without initiating any cases in the courts/arbitration and recovered the same only through correspondence and by exercising the contractual clauses. For his excellence in his work, he was honored with a “RECOVERY CHAMPION AWARD” in the year 2015.

He was also honored with SPECIAL IACCM EXECUTIVE AWARD 2018 for his innovative approach in contracts management and demonstrated that Good Contracts Management Practices can increase profits in contracts and reduce losses.
