Highly experienced professional with more than thirty-nine years working in the oil, gas and energy area, specialized in project management and business development, with a major in electrical engineering from the Simon Bolivar University and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the Cumbria University, Robert Kennedy College in the UK. Experience includes revamp and grass root projects, from visualization, to FEED and EPC, in refining, petrochemical and upstream facilities. Working in privet consulting companies as contractor and on the main Oil and Gas company of the country on the owner’s representation, successfully developed several projects in the leading position. Among those projects the largest project in the refining area of the country, with a CAPEX of more than 8.5 billion US$, a labor peak of more than 12,000 working and managing contractors from China, Korea, Japan and UK, an licensors from France and USA, with operating centers in four different cities.
