I have extensive experiences in Data Analytics and Business Intelligence in both working and teaching. I have been working as a consultant with leading companies in Thailand for more than 20 projects, for instance; Data Mining and CRM in Retail, Anti-Money Laundering in Banking, Strategic Information System in Transportation, and Executive Information System in Healthcare. During years of being a consultant, I participated in every phase of BI development life cycle; from design to deployment. I have extensive hands-on experiences in using leading BI software packages including SAS Business Intelligence Suite, IBM Cognos & TM1, Oracle Business Intelligence and Hyperion, SAP Business Objects, Microsoft, and Tableau. I am proficient in using BI tools such as ETL, Data Quality, OLAP Cube and Reporting, Scorecard, Dashboard, Data Mining, Forecasting, and Budgeting and Planning.
In addition, I taught in several classes in top universities in Thailand for more than 10 years including Business Intelligence, Data Warehouse, Data Mining, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Business Reporting, System Analysis and Development, E-Commerce, for instance.
