Soar Liao is an UK Achology certified Life Coach, NLP/CBT/Hypnotherapy Practitioner with Modern Applied Psychology diploma, currently based in Taiwan. He has tremendous passion in helping people to make progress in life. So far he has accumulated nearly 1000 students all over the world.

Before, he'd been Product and Project Manager in design and technology around 10 years. In this decade, he also had many questions in various life aspects such as family, relationship and career. 

So he started to discover what life purpose or meaning is from comprehending eastern to western wisdom such as Osho, Seth's Material, Modern Psychology, Indian Philosophy, Human Design, Laozi, Ringing Cedars' Anastasianism, Shaman, Chakra, etc. He found all the thoughts come from the same foundation which guides us how to really discover ourselves and live with peace and love. So he decides to make difference for human and becomes a Life Coach with creating H.&S..

H.&S.創立於2020年，代表'Heart' & 'Soul'，也就是「心」與「靈魂」，我們致力於透過教練式引導加強自己的心理健康，「外在的世界就是自己內在的反射」，透過練習，能夠重新認識自己，並找回內在的穩定、力量和方向，至今全球累積近千位的學員。

創辦人索爾（Soar），擁有英國應用心理學機構Achology授予的Life Coach（生涯指導）, NLP（神經語言程式學）, CBT（認知行為治療）, Hypnotherapy（催眠治療）證書與Modern Applied Psychology（現代應用心理學）學位，現今居住在台灣。以往的經歷在藝文與科技產業從事管理工作近十年的時間，中間曾在英國就讀創意產業管理MBA，也擔任過國軍的航空特戰傘兵教官，對於人有著無限的好奇和熱情，致力幫助更多人重新找回自己的力量和對於人生的目標。

從小到大自己在人生不同的面向，例如家人、感情、工作等等有很多的疑問，於是這十年間從東西方各種心理健康的知識領域中學習，找尋真正屬於自我人生的意義和目的，從現代心理學和不同宗教觀、到「奧修」、「賽斯」、「阿育吠陀」、「印度哲學」、「阿納絲塔夏」、「老子思想」、「人類圖」、「薩滿」、「脈輪」、「正念」等等，發現這些智慧對於自己的人生有很大的幫助，於是決定成為一個Life Coach（人生教練），並創立這個H.&S.品牌，結合心理學與靈性智慧應用在日常生活中，經由教練式的引導，進而協助更多人達到心理狀態的調整、強化與成長。
