About me
I’m originally from Canada, and during my 35 years of business experience, I have held many corporate and consulting positions, and played different roles.
I have been the CEO of Vectis Corporation since 1998. Vectis’ activities can be divided into two large periods: Since my early days at VECTIS, I completed over 100 consulting mandates. A large portion of these mandates consisted of accompanying hundreds of small and large corporate clients sell their products to overseas buyers, in Korea and roughly 10 other countries.
More recently, my company's activities have expanded into leadership communication training. I have designed and delivered over 600 workshops or lectures, to elevate the communication skills of business professionals who aspire to leadership positions.
As an extension of my main activity at Vectis, I have continually provided skills and productivity coaching, guidance and motivation. I help individuals develop and enhance their personal abilities, such as time management, problem-solving and creativity to improve their overall performance, and achieve their personal and professional goals.
Before founding VECTIS, I held several corporate positions in finance, business intelligence, telecommunication policy and management consulting in Montreal, New York, Seoul, and Washington D.C.
I previously served as Chairman of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce in Korea. A graduate of Bishop’s University (Finance) and HEC Business School (Int'l Business), I published two business and personal development books. In 2009, I was conferred the title of Honorary Citizen of Seoul.
