Silvio lives and works in Zagreb capital of Croatia. He is the Head of Department of Computer Networks and a regular lecturer at Univeristy College Algebra.

Algebra overall approach to education has been recognized within Croatia by national higher education regulatory agency (Agency for Science and Higher Education) where Algebra is ranked 1st amoung all Universities of Applied Sciences in respect to quality assurance as well as in respect to the quality of the overall educational process.

Silvio has acquired his knowledge and experience in networking and security while working in the private sector with various customers, as well as teaching various networking and security courses at the University College Algebra and as CCNA Instructor. 

Since 2022./2023. Silvio is certified WSET L2 and WSET L3 wine enthusiast.
