I bring over 15 years of experience in leadership, HR strategy, and people development - helping individuals and organizations grow with clarity, structure, and purpose.

I hold a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, where my research focused on Human Error Management and Continuous Improvement, applying Lean, WCM, and Design Thinking methodologies. Throughout my career, I have led HR transformation projects, coached teams through complex change, and supported leaders in creating healthier, more efficient work environments.

As an ICF-certified coach with more than 500 coaching hours, I blend academic insight with practical experience - guiding people to understand themselves, their systems, and the patterns that hold them back.

My passion lies in helping others turn awareness into meaningful action.

My teaching style is calm, structured, and reflective. I believe that true growth starts with understanding - not pressure - and that sustainable change comes from combining logic, empathy, and consistent reflection.
