I hold a PhD from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and a Master’s degree from the University of Geneva, with training in Psychotherapy, Psychoanalysis, Philosophy, and Theology. I am certified by the Barrett Values Centre (London) in Cultural Transformation Tools.
I am a retired pastor of the Independent Presbyterian Church of Brazil and have worked in business consulting in human development and people management since 2002. I am the founder and CEO of the Multifocal Institute.
I have been a university professor since 2001, teaching Theology, Psychology, Administration, Engineering, and Social Work. I currently coordinate postgraduate programs in Human Resources and Human Competencies and serve as a visiting professor in doctoral and postgraduate programs in the United States.
I am the author of several books published in Brazil and internationally, including 4 Steps to Inner Change, I Believe in a God Who Knows How to Dance, and Theopsychotherapy. My teaching focuses on integrating psychology, spirituality, leadership, and human development in practical and transformative ways.
